Experteer Overview In this hands-on leadership role, you will shape data pipelines and infrastructure to empower cross-functional teams with reliable, scalable data and insights. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and analytics engineers to deliver secure, efficient data products and productionize machine learning. You’ll drive data modeling, governance, and documentation while mentoring the engineering team to elevate technical excellence. - Solve complex data problems using SQL and Python to deliver innovative solutions
- Design, develop, and optimize data models and dashboards to support analytics needs
- Define and implement software engineering and analytics procedures with version control, testing, and data visualization
- Create and maintain comprehensive data documentation and definitions
- Own projects, driving them to completion with urgency and resourcefulness
- Support and mentor team members, manage operational tickets to align team goals
- Lead deployment of machine learning models into production in collaboration with data scientists

- A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Applied Maths/Statistics, or another quantitative field
- Excellent data modeling and programming skills in SQL and Python
