We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Junior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to join a long-term, fully remote engagement with a globally recognized client. This is a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield D365 F&O implementation, supporting the finance workstream of a strategic digital transformation initiative.
You will work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to contribute to all phases of the project, from requirements gathering to go-live support. This role is ideal for someone early in their Dynamics 365 career looking to gain deep project experience in a supportive and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank.
* Collaborate with senior consultants and business users to understand and translate financial process requirements.
* Support functional testing, data migration, and user training activities.
* Document business processes, configurations, and project deliverables.
* Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and global project teams.
Requirements
* 1 to 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX, specifically in Finance modules.
* Understanding of finance operations and accounting fundamentals.
* Fluent in Spanish
