Job Description SummaryThe Marketing Assistant for Surgery Iberia will provide Administrative, Sales and Marketing support to the sales and marketing team of the BD Interventional Surgery business unit in Iberia.
They will collaborate in the execution of marketing plans, event management and creation of promotional materials.
This position is ideal for an organized, proactive professional with great attention to detail, looking to develop a career in sales and marketing within a leading company in the medical sector.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support: manage team agenda and budget, coordinate travels and meetings, process invoices, contracts with HCPs, keep files and databases up to date.Creation of promotional materials: assist in the creation and adaptation of brochures, presentations, videos, advertisements, ensuring compliance with BD's corporate image.Event management: support logistical organization of events, supplier sourcing, registration management, booth coordination, communication with attendees.Communication: maintain effective communication with internal departments and external suppliers.QualificationsProfessional training, mid-level education.3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical sector.Fluent in Spanish (native) and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Salesforce and IH.Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, planning, time management, proactive, initiative, results-oriented.Salary range: €30,000 – €40,000.Click on apply if this sounds like you!
