Our client, a major new opening lifestyle hotel development in the Europe is seeking a high-energy Marketing Manager. We are looking for a high-energy, luxury hospitality individual who has a proven track record of experience and a desire to work with the best. This is a launch-phase opportunity designed for a strategist ready to build marketing foundations from scratch. You will lead the pre-openings and launch strategy to drive both international demand and local market engagement.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Opening & Launch
* Strategy & Roadmaps: Develop and execute the full pre-opening marketing roadmap, building brand awareness ahead of the opening.
* Integrated Campaigns: Lead high-impact launch campaigns and opening activations across rooms, F&B, nightlife, and events.
Digital, Content & Brand
* Digital Ownership: Manage the digital ecosystem including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social networks.
* Brand & Partnerships: Activate the brand locally by building strategic partnerships, managing PR, and driving initial market presence.
Performance & Collaboration
* Budget & ROI: Track campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, and translate data into actionable commercial insights.
* Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Events teams to align marketing with commercial objectives.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Background in pre-opening or new concept launches, ideally within lifestyle hospitality, experiential brands, or high-energy F&B groups.
* Digital Acumen: Technically strong in performance marketing, analytics, multi-channel ecosystems, and content strategy.
* Disposition: Hands-on and proactive, with the ability to build and scale from zero in a fast-moving environment.
* Market Knowledge: Understanding of feeder markets (UK, European leisure) and local Mediterranean engagement.
