PV Group has been part of the structure of the multinational company Carboline since 2019. PV Group is a company specialized in the manufacture and distribution of products for passive protection against fires, such as fire-retardant mortars, intumescent paints and sealing systems for installation passages. We have been developing passive fire protection systems for buildings for 30 years, in order to guarantee the safety of people and the assets of our clients. Our products are used on five continents. This allows us to have a large production capacity, as well as magnificent customer management, helping to advise them in the best possible way.If you want to be part of a growing global organization with opportunity for growth, we would like to meet you.**Position Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:This position is reporting to the Sales and Commercial Director in Barcelona.Part of the tasks will be:- Develop and manage the sales plan for each market based on the needs and opportunities detected- Be responsible for the distributors and customers of each market have the training and information of the PYV product range- Periodically analyze sales data to detect deviations in both sales and margin- Inform the Innovation Department of the needs detected in order to offer new services or products to each market- Organize presentations and / or product and service training actions for distributors and their customers.- Negotiate with distributors and customers in each market the conditions of sale, delivery and price**Requirements**:- University degree- 5+ years of experience in Sales positions- 2+ years of experience in the construction sector in sales positions- Minimum intermediate level of English- Excellent negotiation skills with persistent way of working- Strategy and customer focused mindset- Driver's license - B category**What We Offer**:We offer a full time position in a team atmosphere that fosters cooperation and creativity; a management team committed to employee development and an environment where people are empowered to make decisions.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completaSueldo: 25.000,00€-35.000,00€ al añoAbility to commute/relocate:- 28918 Leganés, Madrid: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
