We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager who can own partner relationships, ensure smooth operations, and improve performance across our portfolio.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in partner success, guest experience, and day-to-day execution.

How Our Model WorksWe operate a partnership-based model:We partner with landowners/hosts to deploy and operate glamping units on their landWe drive demand through online travel agencies (Airbnb,, etc.)We manage bookings and guest communication, while our partners handle on-site operationsThis means our team sits at the intersection of B2B (partners) and B2C (guests) —ensuring both sides succeed.
In this context, here's what you'll be responsible for:1. Partner Success (B2B)Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners/hostsAct as the main point of contact for assigned accountsEnsure alignment, responsiveness, and long-term partner satisfactionIdentify opportunities to improve operations and overall performance2. Guest Experience & Reservations (B2C)Manage reservations (bookings, modifications, cancellations, special requests)Serve as a point of contact for guests via email and phoneHandle escalated guest issues with professionalism and careEnsure a consistently high-quality guest experience3. Performance & Account GrowthMonitor key metrics such as occupancy, booking trends, and guest feedbackSupport listing optimization across OTAs (pricing, content, positioning)Identify opportunities to improve performance and partner resultsContribute to revenue growth through better execution and coordination
What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in account management, hospitality, hotel operations, or short-term rentalsNative-level English (written & spoken)Experience with OTAs, reservations, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Strong communication skills and the ability to manage both partners and guests effectivelyHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownershipAbility to identify patterns and improve performance through executionComfortable being on-call during weekends when neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities can shift
