Key Responsibilities
- Support the M&A; Associate in drafting and structuring investment memorandoms, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process.
- Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction.
- Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
- Proven experience preparing and structuring investment materials.
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- International exposure and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical working style.
