What We Are Looking ForA professional to provide technical support to the sales team, adding value to help secure strategic projects and grow the business. Responsible for ensuring the transition of products developed or incorporated into the portfolio to the sales catalog.
Responsibilities
Lead the identification of customer needs through calls, visits, or other necessary means.
Monitor and validate the design and technology transfer within the company for solutions tailored to the customer, including product engineering.
Achieve personal and departmental objectives.
Oversee the technical preparation of proposals made to clients.
Ensure large projects are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise the correct implementation of the proposed solution at the client site.
Keep abreast of technological advances within the company and sector, including competitor products.
Coordinate relationships with strategic technological suppliers for major projects.
Attend industry trade shows.

Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (project advising, sales support, troubleshooting).
Experience in communications within 4G and 5G environments.
Passionate about new technologies.
Education & Skills
FP 2 in Electronic Systems, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Basic skills in design tools (AutoCAD, etc.).
Valuable:
Linux systems, project management tools (Scrum, Agile), AI-based image processing knowledge.
