You optimize workflows and document guidelines to scale operations, solving urgent issues and improving throughput. * Oversee the complete event operations lifecycle from request to post-event involvement
* Manage partner and vendor relationships, aligning on requirements, SLAs, and internal processes
* Coordinate logistics and inventory, including shipments, material handling, and stock health
* Design and implement scalable workflows;

* Act as lead liaison and troubleshooter for marketing and sales, addressing urgent operational challenges
Responsabilidades
* 10+ years in operational coordination, vendor management, or project management (marketing/commercial environment preferred)
* Fluency in English;
additional European languages are a plus
* Strong background in end-to-end logistics, inventory/asset management, shipments, and invoicing workflows
* Proven ability to design and document structured workflows for stakeholders
* Strategic communications skills to simplify complexity and align cross-teams
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation and process optimization
