* Participate in review and gathering of business requirements for HR system updates and functionalities; develop specification documentation.
* Create test plans and related documentation to manage the testing process.
* Perform system troubleshooting, lead review, testing, and implementation of system enhancements. Collaborate with IT staff to coordinate updates and fixes, documenting the process and results.
* Provide production support by researching and resolving HR technology issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
* Conduct regular data audits and implement validation measures to ensure data integrity.
* Make recommendations to re-engineer and improve the effectiveness of HR processes.
* Work with large data sets, proficient in Excel formulas and macros.
* Understand SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher to analyze data and set requirements for IT.
* Draft business requirement documents (BRD) based on Verisk standards.
* Draft and execute test scripts.
* Understand technical design requirements and communicate them effectively to IT and business partners.
Qualifications
* 5+ years experience with Oracle HCM platforms; 3+ years with Oracle Fusion.
* Experience customizing pages with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
* Experience coordinating with Oracle and creating SRs is a plus.
* Ability to create Oracle HDL load templates for business objects and employee data loads.
* Experience with HR disciplines supported by Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HRIS, etc.
* Proficiency with Oracle data structures such as Approval Workflows, Data Elements, Locations, Departments, Jobs, Legal Employers, etc.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to project manage and independently follow through on deliverables with stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of HR functional areas and downstream data flows from HRIS.
* Stakeholder management, expectation management, prioritization, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
* Solid experience supporting back-end HR platforms in industry or similar roles.
