Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Receivables Specialist to manage claims, collections, and reconciliations related to vendor accounts. This role ensures accuracy in financial records and supports timely month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and reconcile monthly vendor claims (price changes, promotions, returns, rebates, etc.)
* Dispute and resolve rejected claims with vendors
* Handle receivables ageing and collaborate with stakeholders to clear outstanding items
* Raise vendor invoices and support P&L impact approvals
* Perform daily margin reviews and corrective actions
* Support general ledger reconciliations and SOX controls
* Execute month-end closing tasks and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting
* English proficiency required
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Effective communicator, able to explain financial matters clearly
* Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of SAP and accounting principles - ideal
* Proactive, organized, and a team player
