Partner with the business in a true “IT as a Service” environment; provide resilient, best-in-class, cost-efficient IT Services to all ELEs in your Zone.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with the Regional IT Infra Director to provide (build & run) IT Infra services to all ELEs in your Zone.
* Lead the IT transformation program to segregate IT Infra assets and isolate IT Solutions in your Zone.
* Implement IT governance processes (IT Service Management) for your Zone.
Key Accountabilities:
* Define the IT strategy for the zone in collaboration with the IT Director; manage the annual IT budget; support the Zone Business Leader with onboarding new companies.
* Implement a true “IT as a Service” Model for IT Infra services; act as a Managed IT Service Provider; build relationships with key business leaders.
* Monitor and report on IT service quality and customer satisfaction against KPIs and SLAs.
* Build and manage your IT team across multiple countries; cooperate with Regional IT teams; promote collaboration and share best practices across ELEs.
* Develop and provide a portfolio of IT Business Services that meet business needs efficiently; ensure SLA performance is met or exceeded.
IT Infra & Security:
* Define the IT Infrastructure Strategy and roadmap with the Zone Business Leader and Regional IT Infra Director.
* Manage daily operations of your Zone IT Infra team to deliver top-tier IT services within budget and time constraints.
* Oversee the transformation of legacy infrastructure into a segregated landscape, supporting the Transformation Program.
* Ensure compliance with Group/Regional IT standards and conduct periodic audits of IT Infra & Security.
IT Solutions:
* Define the IT Solutions Strategy and roadmap with the Zone Business Leader.
* Manage the Zone IT Solutions team to deliver high-quality services within scope, budget, and schedule.
* Support and support for shared IT Solutions; ensure adherence to Group IT Solutions standards.
* Lead the IT Governance & Transformation Program to re-architect IT Infrastructure and Solutions.
* Implement standardized IT cost management, Project Management, and Service Management practices.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.
Required Profile:
* Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related; MBA is a plus.
* Certifications such as PMP, ITIL Foundations; knowledge of Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF is desirable.
* Lean methodologies like Six Sigma are a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
* 5-10 years in project/program management in an international IT environment, preferably in industrial or laboratory industries.
* Proven leadership in managing distributed international teams and multiple reporting lines.
* Deep knowledge of IT Service Management, regulated environments, and financial management.
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, and Excel.
Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with BPMN, UML, SCRUM, CMMi, GxP, GDPR.
* Experience with IT Service Management Systems such as ServiceNow.
* Ability to analyze large data sets for reporting.
