In Spain we are the leader in oxygen concentrators and witnessing rapid growth in our PAP and mask product lines. This role covers the full Yuwell respiratory product portfolio. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and acquiring new customers, expanding distributor partnerships, building relationshisp with physicians, strengthening market presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the region. /ppbr/ppstrongKey responsibilities: /strong /pulliDevelop and execute sales strategies tailored to each market within the region, aligned with Yuwell’s broader European growth plan. /liliProactively identify, engage, and secure new customers across both public and private healthcare sectors. /liliBuild and deepen relationships with gas companies,distributors, strategic partners, healthcare networks, physicians, hospital procurement stakeholders. /liliLead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to ensure competitive positioning and long-term partnership value. /liliWork cross-functionally with product, marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth go-to-market execution. /liliMonitor market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory trends, providing regular performance and strategy updates to leadership. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications and experience: /strong /pulliProven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the respiratory products. /liliCreative mindset, and ability to initiate and lead commercial strategies. /liliStrong track record in new customer acquisition and regional business development. /liliEstablished network across Spain. /liliExperience with distributor management, hospital procurement processes, healthcare tendering, and multi-market sales execution. /liliExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups. /liliStrong commercial judgement and the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans. /liliFluent in English is highly advantageous. /li /ul
