You will lead Lenovo's end‐to‐end distribution strategy across EMEA, driving profitable growth, market coverage, and partner transformation across IDG, while tightly orchestrating with ISG and SSG to deliver One Lenovo motions. The ideal profile combines deep EMEA channel leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a transformation mindset grounded in services, solutions, and AI‐led offerings.
This role could be based in Germany, France or Spain with an extensive level of travelling across EMEA locations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the EMEA Distribution Go-To-Market strategy aligned with Lenovo global priorities and regional market dynamics.
Design and implement scalable distribution coverage models across countries and segments (Broadline, Value-Add, e-tail, Retail, Buying Groups).
Lead executive relationships with strategic distributors (e.G., TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, ALSO, Arrow) and drive joint business plans and executive business reviews.
Operationalize global commercial frameworks across EMEA distribution, ensuring consistency while adapting to approved local market requirements.
Drive Lenovo 360 adoption across the channel ecosystem and accelerate partner transformation toward solutions, services, and AI-driven offerings.
Enable portfolio integration across PCSD, ISG, and SSG to support a unified One Lenovo go-to-market approach.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Tax within a complex matrix organization.
Provide strategic market insights, anticipate channel evolution, and guide Lenovo's distribution model across e-commerce, services, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
Extensive senior leadership experience within the EMEA IT distribution ecosystem.
Proven track record managing strategic partnerships with large global distributors.
Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of pricing models, rebates, incentives, and margin structures.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, multinational matrix organizations.
Deep knowledge of IT channel dynamics across PCs, infrastructure, services, and solutions.
Strong executive stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
Strategic, data-driven mindset with experience leading transformation and partner ecosystem evolution.
Proven leadership capability in building and developing high-performing, multicultural teams.
