Overview
Job Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing strategic initiatives aligned with market needs for the assigned product portfolio. This role encompasses end-to-end product management, including the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing support programs for a specific product line. The Product Manager provides expert marketing guidance to field teams and customers, leveraging deep scientific knowledge to support the Business Line's objectives. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to shape tactical plans, navigate regulatory environments, and drive the overall success of the product in the market.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the launch of new products through market research, competitive analysis, positioning, and development of value propositions and marketing materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities, threats, and strategic adjustments.
Support the sales team with value-based arguments and tools to address customer and competitor objections effectively.
Develop and maintain marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, catalogs, and digital campaign materials.
Ensure accurate and compliant product documentation, including registrations, technical data sheets, safety files, and inserts.
Coordinate and participate in key events such as workshops, congresses, and scientific sessions to enhance product visibility.
Foster collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product evaluations and drive scientific publications.
Collaborate on technical tender documentation and support internal teams in the bidding process.
Act as the primary marketing and technical contact for product lines, liaising with suppliers, technical services, and logistics to resolve product-related issues.
Maintain up-to-date information in internal systems (e.g., SAP, Teams) and ensure compliance with corporate standards and the Werfen Code of Ethics.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or Medicine is required; specialization in Hematology and / or Hemostasis is a plus.
A complementary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry in a similar role, or in a medical / technical capacity within a hospital IVD laboratory—preferably within a Hematology / Hemostasis setting.
Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Portuguese is considered an asset.
Additional Skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
