About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Investment Banking and Corporate Banking, particularly in Market Risk Valuation Processes. This role will be instrumental in an Agile environment, contributing to the integration of Margin Loans into existing Fair Value processes connected with BDH 3.0 (Data Hub).Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed functional designs for the integration of Margin Loans into Fair Value processes.Define end-to-end business processes and data flows across systems.Collaborate with the Chief Data Office (CDO) to map and connect data sources between platforms.Conduct Data Quality Analysis and reconciliation of financial figures.Execute Integrated Testing and analyze test results to ensure data accuracy.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide Production Support post-Go-Live.Assist Business stakeholders in Change Management activities and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technology delivery projects within Capital Markets, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting.Strong expertise in Business Process Definition and Business Metrics Design.Proven experience in:
Writing Functional Specifications and Test Plans.Supporting Testing, UAT coordination, and Go-Live activities.Data Analysis, including data reconciliation and tracing data lineage to its source.Change Management within banking environments.Solid understanding of Market Risk Valuation (Fair Value) processes and data integration.Experience working in Agile methodologies (Squads, Sprints, Jira, Confluence, etc.).Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Margin Loans, Data Hubs (BDH 3.0 or similar).Experience in Risk and Regulatory frameworks (Basel III, FRTB, etc.).Familiarity with Data Governance principles and CDO collaboration.We look forward to receive your application and we will get in touch to discuss in more details.
