Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute retention programs to reduce customer churn. Track performance and manage output efficiently.
- Build and Execute GTM for key customer cohorts.
- Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking presente progress toward forecasts.
- Present and lead conversations about business issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
- Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers.
- Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
- Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
