Research Project Manager
Full-time · Málaga, Spain · Senior-level · Start: Autumn 2025
About the Role
We are looking for a Research Project Manager to lead international B2B market research projects. You will own the entire project lifecycle: writing proposals, leading client kick-offs, managing internal teams, and delivering insights that help top-tier clients make strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
* 10% kick-off sessions with clients
* 10% presenting insights and recommendations to clients
* 20% designing questionnaires
* 30% project-based meetings and brainstorming sessions
* 20% working on reports
* 10% team meetings
What You Bring
We are seeking a professional with proven leadership in market research. You will succeed in this role if you have:
* A degree in social sciences, economics, psychology, sociology or data analytics
* 5+ years of experience managing research projects and teams within a market research agency or similar working environment
* Strong analytical and consultative mindset
* Ability to handle multiple projects and client relationships
* Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* A structured, quality-focused work style
