Management Accountant Role
As the first in-house Management Accountant, you will bring order to our financial processes, ensure Dutch compliance, and support our business operations with confidence.
Your Responsibilities:
* Managing month-end reporting and bookkeeping
* Producing profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
* Handling employee expenses across regions
* Owning invoicing and collections
* Supporting Dutch tax filings and compliance
* Maintaining accurate financial models with leadership support
This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to set up processes from scratch.
Qualifications:
* Solid Dutch GAAP and tax experience
* Recognised accounting qualification
* 2–4 years post-qualification experience
* Startup/scale-up experience
* Experience with NetSuite
