We are building a next-generation performance DSP (Demand Side Platform) that helps mobile apps scale profitably through machine learning, automation, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
As a Project/Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in driving execution across our Mobile Growth Platform / User Acquisition teams.
You will ensure that strategy turns into measurable results — connecting Product, Engineering, and Business teams, fostering alignment, and continuously improving how we plan, deliver, and measure success.
This is a role for someone who can think strategically, operate tactically, and thrives in a fast-moving product environment.
What You'll Do
1. Work directly with team leaders and the Delivery Manager to document, structure, and optimize key processes that enhance efficiency and coordination across multiple teams.
2. Build and improve workflows from scratch, taking into
