Hamburg, DEResponsibilities Develop and maintain electrical simulation models using power system simulation software (e.G. PSCAD, DIgSilent PowerFactory, Siemens PSS/E)Conduct grid integration studies including stability and harmonics to support wind power plant performanceValidate and benchmark simulation models against real-world data and grid requirementsCollaborate with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) to interpret and implement simulation model requirementsAutomate model development and study processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyProvide technical feedback to product development teams based on grid compliance insightsApply deep knowledge of power systems and control theory to improve model quality and turbine-grid interactionQualifications M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similarExperience with EMT and RMS modelling and simulation in at least one software like PSCAD, PSS/E or DIgSilent PowerFactoryProgramming experience in Python or C/C++Experience with interconnection studies and requirementsIntercultural understanding: thrives on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographiesFluent English spoken and written;
