Responsibilities include:
* Conducting recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
* Defining sourcing and hiring strategies.
* Managing job postings, screenings, and interviews.
* Proactively recruiting via internal databases and social networks.
* Supporting strategic internal recruitment and sourcing strategies.
* Organizing recruiting/employer branding activities.
* Ensuring a positive candidate experience following employer branding guidelines.
Onboarding:
* Developing onboarding plans with managers.
* Ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and processes.
* Providing support and guidance during onboarding.
People’s Development:
* Identifying training needs and proposing development initiatives.
* Designing and launching Individual and Career Development Plans.
* Supporting employees' career growth with ongoing support and follow-up.

Requirements:
* Degree in Economics, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.
* Fluent in Spanish and English;
additional languages are a plus.
* Approximately 4 years of HR experience with a focus on talent attraction and selection.
* Experience with international recruiting, onboarding, and training management preferred.
* Strong communication, empathy, negotiation skills, and alignment with company values.
