Conducting recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements.Defining sourcing and hiring strategies.Managing job postings, screenings, and interviews.Proactively recruiting via internal databases and social networks.Supporting strategic internal recruitment and sourcing strategies.Organizing recruiting/employer branding activities.Ensuring a positive candidate experience following employer branding guidelines.Onboarding:
Developing onboarding plans with managers.Ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and processes.Providing support and guidance during onboarding.People’s Development:

Degree in Economics, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.Fluent in Spanish and English;
additional languages are a plus.Approximately 4 years of HR experience with a focus on talent attraction and selection.Experience with international recruiting, onboarding, and training management preferred.Strong communication, empathy, negotiation skills, and alignment with company values.We value diversity and are committed to equal opportunity employment.
