Overview Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) role at Nokia. We are seeking a CDL in the CNS Market Services Team who will be responsible for management of program portfolios, customer relationships (including executive level), financial oversight, upselling and team development for customers in the Netherlands and UK, mainly related to the transition of core network infrastructure to cloud-native systems and evolution to autonomous networks.
Responsibilities Program Ownership on the Customers Team under the CDL’s responsibility.
Lead program and project business execution, ensuring financial and operational success.
Maintain project / program information in related tools and repositories with required quality and in line with policies.
Customer Relationship Management: act as a key point of contact for customers, fostering relationships with executive-level stakeholders to drive alignment and satisfaction.
Financial & Contract Management: oversee revenue, manage costs within contractual baselines, and identify opportunities to strengthen offers / contracts; anticipate risks and opportunities and create mitigation plans.
Upsell & Business Development: identify new opportunities within existing portfolios to drive growth; shape contracts / offers and account strategy to strengthen business and customer relations.
Team Development: mentor functional team members (no direct reports), esp. Project Managers, ensuring application of Project Management Methodology and alignment with program goals.
Adhere to CNS PM Methodology (processes, tools and practices) and monitor key performance indicators.
Key Skills And Experience Extensive recent experience (7-10 years) managing complex transformation programs in telecom and / or IT, cloud, especially in 4G Core and / or 5G Core, foreign Cloud as a Service (fCaaS), and evolution to autonomous networks; annual revenue around €10 million.
Experience with customers and partners, including executive-level engagement; mentoring PMs.
Knowledge of managing performance KPIs and forecasts, and impact of changes on scope, cost, schedule, risk / opportunities.
Experience in sales phase with assessment of materials and engagement with delivery units to ensure enabled delivery.
Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-cultural awareness; stress tolerance; fluency in English (spoken and written).
PM certification (e.g., PMI / PMP).
EU citizenship, travel readiness; availability to travel in Europe (~20%).
