This role focuses on building, managing, and expanding commercial relationships with telecom operators, carriers, and aggregators active in international voice services. brYou will own the full commercial cycle — from identifying and onboarding new interconnection partners to managing long-term bilateral relationships. This is a senior role suited to professionals who are comfortable operating independently in a remote environment and navigating the dynamics of the wholesale voice telecom ecosystem. brKey Responsibilities brIdentify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale voice partners, including telecom operators, carriers, and aggregators brBuild and manage bilateral interconnections and long-term commercial partnerships brLead commercial discussions and negotiations with international voice partners brManage and grow an existing portfolio of wholesale voice accounts brMaintain strong relationships with partners during market changes, restructurings, or consolidations brWork closely with internal teams (routing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery brMonitor market trends, traffic patterns, and competitive dynamics within the wholesale voice market brRepresent the company in commercial discussions, partner meetings, and industry events when require Requirements Experience brMinimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Sales role within the wholesale telecom industry, with a strong focus on international voice services brStrong account portfolio and an established professional network of telecom operators, carriers, aggregators, and niche wholesale voice partners, actively leveraged in commercial activities brSolid understanding of: brInternational voice traffic and routing brBilateral interconnections brWholesale voice trading models brProven experience managing B2 B commercial relationships in telecom brStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills brComfortable working remotely and managing accounts independently brFluent English required; additional languages are a plus What We Offer brFully remote role with flexibility and autonomy brOpportunity to work in a focused, relationship-driven wholesale telecom environment brGlobal market exposure, working with partners and clients across multiple international regions brCollaboration with experienced industry professionals in a specialized domain
