What You'll Do
* Responsible for the processing of software sales orders, including generating SAP orders and invoices.
* Handle client communications regarding software‑related inquiries.
* Support the Sales Office team with export orders by managing export documentation and performing administrative tasks.
* Maintain and update accurate records for sales, customer information, and product details, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of comprehensive monthly sales reports.
* Collaborate with the logistic team and the finance department to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years of related experience.
* Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SF) and SAP platforms.
* Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
