Strategic Hotel Account Manager – Southern Europe
Location:remote, either in the Spain, Portugal or Italy
Thanks to its unique model, Gekko, a subsidiary of the Accor group, is now a key player in B2B hotel reservations in the leisure and corporate segments through its various subsidiaries, including Hcorpo, Teldar Travel, Infinite, Miles Attack, and Gekko Tech.
About the role:
Reporting to theSupply Director, you will work closely with theGekko Supply Teamand our brands (Infinite, Teldar Travel, Hcorpo).
The Supply department's mission is tocontract with hotel partnersto support our brands' needs, managing bothleisure B2B clients(bedbanks, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs) andcorporate B2B clients(small, medium, and key accounts).
Your mission:
Acquireand managenewstrategic hotel partnersacross Europe (Southern: especially Spain, Italy & Portugal).
Negotiate exclusive offers, rates, and conditionsfor leisure and corporate clients.
Driveportfolio revenue growthand monitor KPIs.
Optimizehotel competitiveness throughbenchmarking and market analysis.
CollaboratewithHotel Support, Loading, IT, and commercial teamsto ensure contracts are executed flawlessly.
RepresentGekko attrade shows, workshops, and industry events.
Who you are:
Proven experience inhotel contracting (acquisition/negotiation) and strategic account managementin similar markets.
Strongnegotiation, market analysis, and commercial skills.
Autonomous, persistent, organized, and ateam player.
Fluent inEnglish; additional European languages (especiallySpanish and/or Italian) is a plus.
Regular travelacross your assigned regions and to Paris.
Comfortable withMicrosoft Officeand ideally CRM/benchmarking tools.
