We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager to orchestrate the evolution of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that every interaction with our brand is premium, seamless, and high‑performing. You will bring together design, data, and technology to deliver measurable impact across all touchpoints.
What you’ll do
* Lead and develop a team specialised in UX, product ownership, QA, and analytics.
* Own and prioritize the digital experience roadmap, from concept to delivery.
* Ensure flawless execution of UX/UI enhancements, improving navigation, content, and brand storytelling.
* Oversee product requirements gathering, testing processes, and post‑launch optimisations.
* Drive CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and analytics to boost engagement, conversion, and sales.
* Partner with IT, e‑commerce, CRM, and external agencies to maintain strong technical performance and consistency.
* Execute digital innovation initiatives including personalization, AI‑driven features, and new experience modules.
* Champion data‑driven decision making and operational rigor across all digital projects.

What you bring
* 7+ years in digital product, UX, or e‑commerce roles.
* Strong expertise in UX/UI management and performance optimisation.
* Experience rolling out AI and personalisation solutions in digital environments.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* Luxury, beauty, or fashion background is a strong plus.
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
