We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Reliability Support Engineer to join our B2B SaaS company and become the wizard that resolves platform issues. Our team of around 100 employees is mainly based in Malaga, Spain, with incorporation in the US and EU (top-corp registered in Delaware). While our Development team is based in Malaga, remote work from home or other cities is encouraged, as location is flexible.
What is Plytix? Plytix PIM (Product Information Management) is a SaaS platform that helps customers manage their product data, serving as the single source of truth. It enables collaborative work on products, integration with e-commerce shops, catalog creation, and more. Instead of typical corporate jargon, watch this video to get a feel for our culture.
Development team
If you enjoy solving technical puzzles and helping others, this role is for you! You'll dive into code, provide top-tier support, and ensure excellent service. Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems, responding to incidents promptly
* Implementing automation strategies for manual tasks
* Checking logs and alerts
* Integrating software solutions like Hubspot / Asana and creating scripts to fix or mitigate issues
* Ensuring SLAs are met
After 1 month: You'll familiarize yourself with our tools and processes, start coding, and learn our product features. You'll be supported by software engineers and mentored by support team members.
After 3 months: You'll understand our product well enough to handle non-trivial issues independently, diagnose problems, propose automations, and document common issues.
After 6 months: You'll be fully integrated, autonomous, and collaborating across departments to improve customer experience. You'll perform tasks in both development and production environments confidently.
Working closely with the Support Manager, you'll investigate incidents, diagnose issues, and develop solutions. Collaboration with Customer Success and Development teams is key to maintaining high customer satisfaction.
