Purpose Of The RoleAs a Regulatory Compliance Manager supporting Marketing, you will play a pivotal role ensuring that all marketing and commercial activity complies with CAP/BCAP Codes, Gambling Commission requirements, and wider regulatory frameworks whilst ensuring marketing activity aligns with regulatory requirements and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all marketing communications meet CAP/BCAP Codes, Gambling Commission standards, and internal compliance procedures.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of marketing campaigns, processes, and controls.
Deliver ongoing compliance training and promote a strong culture of responsible marketing across teams and serve as the main point of contact for marketing compliance queries.
Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance monitoring, reporting, and compliance effectiveness.
Continuously strengthen compliance frameworks to stay ahead of regulatory developments.
Build strong partnerships with commercial teams to embed compliance into everyday business practices.
Represent BVGroup in industry forums, consultations, and discussions with regulators and trade bodies.
Provide strategic input into policy development, regulatory consultations, and wider compliance initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong knowledge of CAP/BCAP Codes, Gambling Commission Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), and wider advertising regulations.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the gambling, advertising, or highly regulated sectors.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.
Experience delivering training and building compliance awareness across diverse teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Analytical mindset with experience using technology, AI, or automation to enhance compliance monitoring.
