and offers a dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement and high-quality standards. We are looking to expand the Quality department with the addition of a:
QUALITY COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Quality Director, the primary mission of the Quality Coordinator is to lead the daily quality control operations and ensure all manufactured products meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements. This involves coordinating quality processes across production lines, satellite plants, and engineering teams to proactively establish a "right first time" culture
and implement
robust corrective and preventive actions
to eliminate recurrence of quality issues.
This role includes direct supervision of a team of Quality Technicians/Inspectors.
Understand the root cause of the main quality issues (customer rejections, complaints, internal Non-Conformities (NC's), scrap, etc.). Coordinate work with
Process Engineers
on Continuous Improvement projects such as
FOD
(Foreign Object Debris),
vision systems
, and
Nadcap
initiatives. Standardization:
Coordinate work with
Satellite Plants
in standardization plans. Documentation & Audits:
Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and participate in internal/external quality audits. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a demanding industrial environment. Experience in leading or coordinating a technical team (Quality Technicians/Inspectors). Experience coordinating projects and standardization plans with different departments and

Technical Skills & Quality Expertise
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in
data software’s
for analysis and reporting (e.g., advanced Excel, Minitab, database systems). Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and projects like
FOD
(Foreign Object Debris),
vision systems
, and
Nadcap
initiatives.
English speaking
