We are hiring a Business Developer to acquire new accounts of Kymos in Europe and to be responsible for account management.
Key responsibilities
* Promoting the company's expertise in analytical services (Bioanalysis and CMC of small molecules, biologics and nucleic acids) as well as advanced therapies.
* Managing existing relationships with Kymos' clients and partners.
* Proactively exploring new business opportunities and identifying new clients.
* Support the company in ongoing promotional activities, events, congresses and meetings.
* Coordinating with the marketing department to develop proposals for customers.
* Follow up on quotes, negotiate contract terms and solve any issues faced by customers.
* Manage the CRM software (Salesforce).

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Education: Bachelor's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields, preferably with a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
* 2-5 years of work experience within pharmaceutical industry, as in pharma, biotech, CRO service providers and/or lab equipment & supplies, preferably in Sales Development or similar; experience working in biopharmaceutical market is a plus.
* Native or professional-level English is required; Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Availability for regular travel.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and achieve goals.
