Responsibilities
* Agency operational monitoring for the main business lines in SG GBIS Madrid, covering the EMEA perimeter.
* Checking the pre‑closing viability of contracts to be signed according to LMA standards.
* Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and internal procedures.
* Post‑closing monitoring of the operation life, including analysis of covenants.
* Agency management in the three locations (Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan) across all Structured Finance business lines.
* Providing timely warnings and advice to the Business Office in Paris and Bangalore regarding deal characteristics.
* Maintaining close relationships with clients, Paris central teams, and local regulators in Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan.
Profile required
Studies & experience
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a similar discipline.
* 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Back Office and/or Middle Office of Structured Finance.
Language skills
* English: C1.
Technical, operational & Soft skills
* Expertise in LOANIQ.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and teams in Spain and abroad.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organise time under the supervision of a senior manager.
* Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
