Responsibilities
* Assess operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short‑term/project‑based and long‑term assignments.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational talent to support their development.
* Determine training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization.
* Support the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate short‑term/project‑based and long‑term opportunities.
* Support operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility based on skills and experience.
* Develop a robust pool of operational talent through networking.
