Responsibilities :

* Plan and develop project ideas; every project starts as an idea.
* Create and lead your dream team.
* Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
* Solve issues that arise.
* Manage the budget.
* Evaluate project performance.

Marketing and Sales Responsibilities :

* Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
* Perform market analysis and research on competition.
* Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
* Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web).
* Prepare promotional presentations.

Human Resources Responsibilities :

* File documents and answer client and employee inquiries.
* Schedule interviews and confirm applicant availability.
* Gather and organize job applications.
* Write employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies.
* Assist in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable laws.

Tourism and Event Management Responsibilities :

* Manage and create tours, activities, conferences, and events.
* Manage and create new events in our venue or outdoors, including conferences and sports events.
* Innovate and create new services for our clients and manage existing ones.

Journalist and Content Writer Responsibilities :

* Write articles informing about the company's activities.
* Prepare advertisements with content for social media.
* Write content for the company's website.

The internship dates may vary; applications are open year-round, and internships can last from 1 to 12 months.
