What will be your functions?
As a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for the definition, execution, and continuous improvement of the calibration processes for infrared (IR) cameras. Your main objective is to ensure that each unit meets performance and accuracy standards before leaving the production line. Working in close collaboration with the Production team, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality through reliable calibration methods and well-defined procedures.
Perform and optimize calibration procedures for IR cameras to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Define and develop test protocols related to calibration workflows.
Conduct research and testing activities to define validation criteria for calibration equipment and methods.
Continuously evaluate and improve calibration techniques and tools to enhance reliability, repeatability, and efficiency.
Provide hands-on technical support to Production to troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues in real time.
Collaborate with R&D on calibration aspects during new product development and industrialization phases.
