We are looking for a primarily technical engineering profile, ideally with solid experience in aerothermal systems, who also brings some exposure to commercial or client-facing activities.
\n
The core of the role is engineering expertise: understanding client needs, designing technical solutions, sizing systems, and supporting project execution. Commercial skills are important, but secondary to the technical background.

Responsibilities
\n
- Act as the technical reference during the sales process, supporting negotiations with credible engineering expertise.
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with industrial, commercial, and tertiary clients for aerothermal and energy efficiency solutions.
- Analyse client requirements and prepare tailored technical proposals, including system sizing, feasibility studies, and solution design.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Manage projects from technical proposal stage through implementation.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners.
Requirements:\n
- Engineering degree, ideally in Mechanical, Energy, HVAC, or similar disciplines.
- Proven experience with aerothermal / heat pump systems and technical sizing.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrification, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Some commercial, business development, or client management experience.
- Able to manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.
- Autonomous, structured, and target-driven. xugodme
