* Creación, mantenimiento y conservación de la documentación del Sistema de Calidad.
* Revisión y control de la efectividad de las formaciones.
* Creación, gestión y seguimiento de CAPAs y No Conformidades.
* Proponer y realizar el seguimiento de los Objetivos de Calidad de la compañía, manteniendo informada a la Dirección sobre el funcionamiento del Sistema de Calidad.
* Promover la mejora continua en la organización, asegurando la eficacia del Sistema de Calidad e identificando oportunidades de mejora y cambios necesarios.
* Participar en la realización y defensa de auditorías internas, incluyendo la revisión y seguimiento de los resultados.
* Participar en la preparación, defensa y posterior definición y seguimiento de planes de acción derivados de auditorías externas.
* Cooperar con los demás departamentos para asegurar la correcta aplicación de los procedimientos establecidos.
* Realizar el seguimiento, recopilación y reporte de datos relacionados con calidad.
