We are looking for a Principal Scrum Master to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The role
As a Principal Scrum Master, you will be working on the agile mindset and practices powering the Nespresso Digital Commerce business. You will work in a direct-to-customer context with significant volumes and traffic and a very rich feature offering, being part of a large development organization with a direct impact on the online business.
As a central part of the software engineering community, you will bring deep agile expertise and knowledge to the product team, serving as the reference person for several squads inside Nespresso. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery, while promoting the adoption of agile principles and practices.
What you’ll do
* Guide mainly Scrum Masters, but also team members and Product Owners when needed, to ensure proper application of the agile mindset and to achieve mature, high-performing teams that deliver the expected roadmap.
* Monitor and track squad performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance productivity and delivery.
* Be a key member of the Nespresso Agile Center of Expertise, working closely with other Principal Scrum Masters and agile professionals to ensure consistent application of working principles across the organization and teams, while allowing for customization where appropriate.
* Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in current Nespresso processes and drive change initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging Agile practices, and new technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with Scrum Masters to promote continuous learning and improvement.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or a related field.
* Senior postgraduate qualification (Certified Scrum Master, experience with Kanban, Software Development Lifecycle, Lean Start-up) is a plus.
* Previous experience as a Scrum Master with agile teams (2-3 years) and coaching other Scrum Masters (2-3 years) is preferred.
* Experience in leading organizational change and transformation is a plus.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in English at different organizational levels.
