Business Development Executive at Customs Complete (English Speaking)

Location : Barcelona, Spain

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the customs and logistics industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
* Driving sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
* Producing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments
* Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
* Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities
* Regular meetings with Management to share success stories and discuss effective sales and business development strategies

Requirements

* Sales Experience : Minimum 1 year of B2B sales.
* Logistics Knowledge : Basic knowledge of sea, air, land transportation, and customs clearance operations is desired.
* Communication Skills : Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and internal teams is required.
* Negotiation Skills : High negotiation skills are required for quotation negotiations and contract content adjustments.
* PC Skills : Basic PC skills such as Excel and Word are necessary.
* Based in Barcelona.
