**Role Mission**
- We are looking for a highly experienced financial control professional whose key responsibilities will include: leading, preparing, coordinating, and supervising financial-economic budgets and business performance. This role will also be responsible for 5-year strategic planning (mainly quantitative analysis), monthly P&L; forecasting (rolling forecast), and actively contributing to local and international projects, both financial and cross-functional.- This position will be part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director, and will manage a team of three people. Key stakeholders include the Executive Committee, local business units, and the corporate finance team.**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting regulations while performing analytical reviews against different budget scenarios.
- Identify incidents and deviations from planned scenarios and collaborate with cost center managers to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implement a continuous improvement plan for financial analysis processes, leveraging available tools and identifying technological innovation opportunities (SAP, Power BI, Board).
- Extract ad-hoc financial and business reports from company systems and coordinate reporting, communication, and support with the controlling team.
- Collaborate and co-create strong relationships with other departments to ensure an integrated and efficient financial and business vision.
- Lead the financial analysis of business cases presented within the company.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in Financial Control or Finance is preferred.
- Experience:
4 years as an auditor is a plus.Minimum 3 years as a Financial Controller.3 years as a Controlling Manager, leading a team.- Team Management: Proven experience in leading and coordinating financial teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Board, and Microsoft financial software tools.
- Industry Background: Prior pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
- Languages: English proficiency is a must and Spanish is a plus.
