We are looking for

We are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead – French / Growth / Mena Markets (m/f/d) based in Barcelona, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team.

Your role in BizAway

As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives (CSEs) managing BizAway’s corporate client portfolios. You will be fully focused on your team’s success, enabling them to hit their quotas across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upselling, and of course stepping in to support them as needed.

Your main responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of CSEs to deliver client satisfaction, growth, and retention targets;

- Supportyour team in complex client situations (renewals, escalations, upsell conversations) when needed;

- Monitorclient portfolio health and performance using dashboards, KPIs, and Salesforce;

- Ensure consistent processes and best practices across the CS team;

- Collaborate closely with Product, Service, and Support teams to solve client issues and represent the customer voice;

- Provideongoing coaching, training, and feedback to your team to accelerate their professional growth;

- Contribute tostrategic initiatives that improve the client journey and enhance BizAway’s growth.

Your basic qualifications
- You have proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales);

- You have a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth;

- You arecommercially minded and confident with upselling and contract negotiations;

- You arecomfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and dashboards to track KPIs;

- You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

- You arefluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).

- Previous experience in Travel Tech, SaaS, or the travel industry
- Experience working in fast-paced scale-up environments
- Additional language skills are always welcome
