Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
The International Medical Network is responsible for implementing the plan for international medical providers in his/her scope by IMN's strategy.
- Managing and maintaining the medical provider database
- Ensure representation of the IMN department with local teams.
- Ensure the development and co-ordination of a network of IMN qualified and contracted medical providers.
- Support at the local level all Lines of Business requiring IMN & Network expertise.

Leadership skills
Creation and updating of the statistics for the Health Networks department
Data base maintenance, activity reporting.

Technical (IMN) Skills
Internal control reports C-29/C-30/C-21
Sharepoint IMN Europe and Sharepoint Iberia update
Marketing & Partnership: knowledge of competition, fees, healthcare system.

Finance & Cost Management Skills
Analytical skills
Understanding of Dashboards & performance reports (incl. SLAs)
Resolving issues related to payment guarantees and outstanding payments

Communications Skills
Capacity to manage concurrent expectations of several stakeholders.
Reactive in coordinating information needs of Central, Regional & Local teams.
Ability to collaborate and contribute to improvements for the IMN community and to respond to the different proposals for improvement by head office
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years of travel experience
- Knowledge of medical health care will be an asset
- Availability to travel to audit the medical network
- Good communication and people skills
- Good level of spoken and written Spanish and English. Greek and French would be an asset
