About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for the factory’s mission, delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with safety and corporate standards. Implement cost-effective solutions and develop colleagues for sustainable long-term growth.
- Ensure high-quality preparation and execution of investment projects by selecting optimal technical solutions based on best practices. Conduct financial analyses of available options, present implementation scenarios, prepare investment schedules, develop and manage CAPEX, and monitor project timelines.
- Define project assumptions, gather necessary data, and prepare requests for proposals. Evaluate offers from potential contractors, lead negotiations, and prepare contracts.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Production Managers, Area Leaders, and the Controlling Department in developing investment budgets and long-term factory development plans.
- Build production capacity in the assigned area for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) to enable the fastest (on-time) and most cost-effective production launch.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Automation, Chemical and Process Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, managing large-scale projects in terms of both cost and technical complexity.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- Independence, accuracy, and availability.
- Action-oriented mindset, ability to prioritize, and strong teamwork skills.
