To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to Lead a high-performance global marketing team and help us grow in the fast-paced advertising environment.
What You’ll Do:
1. Branding & Positioning: Develop and implement Entravision`s digital units branding and positioning strategy in alignment with global Corporate standards and the Media Group.
2. Sales Marketing: Help the sales teams so they can have strong sales materials, performance, and customer care.
3. Insights: Provide market insights that can lead to more competitive product services.
4. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, lead and develop a strong marketing team. Creating synergies with the Corporate and Media Group teams.
5. Database. Work with the sales operating team and BU heads to build a segmented database of clients and prospects for direct-communication strategies.
6. Quality Standards: Implement and supervise the accurate use of our brand identity within all digital business units and Corporate alignment.
7. Reporting & Budgeting: Design area KPIs dashboard and weekly/monthly monitoring systems. Monthly detail reporting through MBR presentation format. Work on the annual budget and monthly monitoring of expenses together with the finance team.
What you need to have:
8. 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B role), including expertise in events, account-based marketing, project management
9. Prior knowledge in the world of digital marketing, mobile applications and advertising.
10. Managed marketing P&L.
11. Proficiency in English is a must
12. Remarkable written and verbal communication skills
13. Super organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
14. Identify regional communications opportunities to promote thought leadership content to engage prospects at the top of the funnel
15. Proven capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross-functionally
16. Reported and analyzed metrics to organizational leadership
