The Renewal Account Manager Role
Join Qlik's Customer Success Organization as a Renewal Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the renewal sales of our Qlik subscription software.
In this cross-functional position, you'll collaborate directly with customers, ensuring a favorable experience, mitigating risks, and contributing to ARR growth.

* Lead the renewal sales cycle, driving growth and exceptional renewal rates through Qlik’s value-driven proposition.
* Develop successful relationships with existing customers and partners, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
* Identify and mitigate risks, drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasts to achieve and exceed goals.

* Drive ARR growth and exceptional renewal rates, contributing significantly to Qlik’s corporate strategy for NRR Growth.
* Foster strong customer relationships and loyalty through exceptional service and value-driven solutions.
* Utilize analytical insights to drive informed decisions and proactively address customer needs and risks.
* Play a key role in optimizing the renewal sales process, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
We’re looking for a teammate with :
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* 2-5 years of experience in renewal sales, account management, or similar roles, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
* Experience in negotiating enterprise contracts, driving value through solutions, and leveraging financial and contractual levers.
* Highly analytical and organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for influencing and resolving conflicts.
* A proactive mindset, with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement.
* Fluent English and German.
