PThe Operations Manager for the area of implementations new projects ensures the successful execution of logistics operations during the launch of new customers or activities. Acting as an on-the-ground operational leader, they coordinate resources, enforce process compliance, and drive continuous improvement. They serve as the operational point of reference during critical ramp-up phases, ensuring performance, quality, and alignment with standards. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppstrongOperational Launch Management /strong /pulliOrganize and oversee logistics operations during new customer or activity implementations. /liliDefine and allocate necessary resources (staff, equipment, storage areas). /liliEnsure teams are properly sized, trained, and prepared. /liliCoordinate actions across operations, IT, quality, and project teams. /liliSupervise field operations and ensure adherence to defined processes. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongProcess Compliance Performance Monitoring /strong /pulliEnforce strict application of logistics procedures (inbound, picking, shipping, returns). /liliMonitor compliance with internal and customer standards. /liliDetect deviations and implement immediate corrective actions. /liliTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAuditing Continuous Improvement /strong /pulliConduct regular audits of field operations and practices. /liliAnalyze root causes of inefficiencies or delays. /liliPropose and implement action plans to improve quality, productivity, and safety. /liliCapture lessons learned for future implementations. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTeam Supervision Engagement /strong /pulliLead a team of 3 (coordinators, supervisors, or technicians). /liliOrganize schedules, assign tasks, and set objectives. /liliSupport team development and foster motivation. /liliFacilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication and reporting. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTraining Documentation /strong /pulliTrain teams on new processes and best practices. /liliEnsure clear understanding and application of instructions. /liliAct as the liaison between field operations and support functions (Quality, IT, HR). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulli3–7 years of experience in operational logistics roles, ideally in 3PL or multi-client environments. /liliProven experience in supervising field teams and managing operational ramp-ups. /liliStrong organizational skills and adherence to procedures. /liliProficiency in logistics systems and IT tools. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSkills /strong /pulliSolid knowledge of logistics operations (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory). /liliOperational leadership and team coordination. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions. /liliResults-oriented with strong prioritization and responsiveness. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliProactive, structured, and adaptable in dynamic environments. /liliAvailability for travel to centers within Spain. /li /ul
