Reporting to the Managing Director NA EMEA and the Global Supply Chain Director, this role owns end to end performance across safety, operations, people and financial delivery for both sites. /p pYou will lead site strategies aligned to EMEA and global objectives, building a strong culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement and engagement.
