Essential Job Functions
- Territory’s growth strategy, own and define the territory’s growth strategy including pipeline development and revenue acceleration
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor offering strategic insights and guidance to address critical business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Executive Sponsor : Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, supporting Client Partners in building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Business Strategy & Financial Management : Own the Territory P&L;, develop and execute account and territory strategies, manage pipeline and forecasting, and ensure profitable growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Service Line Leaders, Delivery, Ecosystem Partners, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and enhance brand presence in the territory, while maintaining a strong focus on profitable growth.
- Market Engagement : Represent DXC at industry events, forums, and client engagements to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Market Trends : Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to inform strategic decisions and innovation.
- Continuous Improvement : Regularly review and adjust account strategies in response to market dynamics and customer needs, including identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account portfolio.
- Reporting & Communication : Prepare and deliver client reports and proposals to demonstrate the value of our services.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and client success.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement and retention by cultivating a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven team environment.
- Ensure Client Partners are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed in their roles.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets, managing complex accounts and fostering strong client relationships
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills, and a history of driving business growth
- Continuous learner who stays current with industry trends and technology.
Other Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales or client-facing teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud, applications, data & AI and managed services.
- Strong financial acumen, including deal structuring.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

- Achievement of territory revenue growth targets.
