As SAP authorization expert (m / f / d) in an international S / 4HANA greenfield implementation, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all activities related to authorizations and user management. Your strategic and operational responsibilities will significantly contribute to the project's success. Location :
Please note that the working location for this position is in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office. Until the office is fully operational in the coming months, you will have the option to work flexibly from home under a hybrid model. Once the office is ready, onsite presence will be required.
Responsibilities :
1. Strategic planning and implementation:
Support the development of a comprehensive authorization concept for S / 4HANA greenfield implementation with international rollout.
2. Project responsibility:
Support services during implementation and rollout, including progress monitoring and weekly status reports to ensure quality.
3. Role and system design:
Analyze and identify required roles and IT design, collaborating with departments and partners for implementation.
4. Authorization and user management:
Administer systems to establish a stable user and authorization management system for projects and operations.
5. Quality assurance:
Ensure project standards are met by implementation partners.
6. Strategy consulting and process optimization:
Provide proactive consulting, promoting innovative ideas, processes, and technologies for optimal IT support, standardization, and automation.
Qualifications :
* Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification, with at least three years of experience in complex SAP projects, including SAP authorizations and user management.
* Experience in deriving authorization specifications from functional and security requirements, working with auditors.
* Strong IT affinity, analytical skills, willingness to learn, and initiative.
* Solid process and project management skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Proficiency in English;
German language skills are an advantage.
