Hr business partner (senior profile with demonstrable experience in the position)

Gives support & coaches managers on HR related topics

* Works closely on a day-to-day basis with managers
* Advises, coaches, and orients managers on HR aspects of their role

Contributes to the operational results of the Site

* Is the HR representative for all internal stakeholders
* Contributes to the respect of the rules by the employees, particularly in terms of safety; participates & contributes to the Health / Safety / Environment actions according to the Site Policy
* Manages in quantity & quality the permanent & temporary headcounts; for Production : participates in the PDP and validates the temporary needs
* Follows up absenteeism, defines & deploys improvement plan
* Contributes to the deployment of the Strategy for the Entity
* Coordinates, deploys, and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy
* Participates & contributes to the reflection and projects related to organizational evolutions; proposes organizational changes
* Guarantees the relevant / proper Job grading methodology / use according to the Group referential and all related C&B applications
* Manages the recruitment & onboarding process according to the standard
* Identifies Learning & all actions to develop competences according to the Site's (collective) and employees' (individual) needs, the Technological needs (TDP), and the company's requirements (mandatory trainings...)
* Defines & arbitrates Training actions, according to the budget
* Identifies new internal Trainers, according to the Training needs & potential Trainers' abilities & development path

Health, Safety & Working conditions

* Apply and ensure all Health / Security / Environment rules are followed
* Take into account all identified risks and manage them with QRQC tools
* Follow up unfitness situations, and participate in the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitness
* Deploy Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plan
* Provide support to managers to guide them in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilities

Employee Engagement

* Contribute to the V5000 self-assessment, and notation improvement
* Apply and advise on 5 Axes Methodology. Reinforce the importance of EE and its role in employee engagement.
* Participate in Site 5 Axes Committee to propose improvements and suggestions to enhance IP activities at the Site level

Employee relations

* Maintain or improve social climate, relations with Union representatives
* Deploy actions & communication related to Employee relations according to the HR strategy
* Support the Site HR Manager as needed

Communication

* Coordinate internal communication actions according to Site's communication plan

Personal administration & data management

* Ensure compliance with HR administrative procedures (overtime, attendance management, vacations...)

Learning specific missions

* Interface between Managers and Learning stakeholders (Country Learning manager, Division HR teams, VTIs, etc.)

Time attendance / Payroll specific missions

* Validate Site payroll in case of HR Manager's absence or delegation

Internal communication specific missions

* Lead communication to employees & managers within the Site

Well-being specific missions

* Lead & animate Quality of Life at Work Committee
* Deploy Well-being improvement plan

Employee Engagement specific missions

* Deploy 5 Axes foundations action plan
* Serve as Talent Development referent for the Site, coordinating with Group, Division, and all stakeholders
* Coordinate Talent Development campaigns deployment within the Site (Annual appraisals, etc.)

Talent Acquisition & Campus Management specific missions

* Organize local Campus Management actions and participate in local and national events to promote employer branding in coordination with the TAC Manager

Position Requirements

* Business & Administration Degree or Master or similar studies
* Skills in Google Drive and programming
* Passionate about HR topics
* Result-oriented with a commitment to teamwork in an international environment
* Professionalism and transparency
* English proficiency at C1 level and local language skills
* Onsite position, preferably from the area
